For sneakers we take 1-2 days to ship, and for clothing and other items, we take 7-14 days to ship.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, kindly contact us with proof of damage or defect and you get a full refund or exchange on your order.

Message us on WhatsApp, and we will recommend you a size based off of your height and weight.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to us incurring charges whilst shipping, doing so may result in a violation of our cancellation policy and strict action will be taken.
